Yoga with Emily - Gentle Yoga Stretch

A gentle practice, this class combines user-friendly yoga with other exercises and stretches to promote flexibility and strength, as well as relaxation. An adaptive yoga approach for all body types, this class offers mindfulness-based stress reduction techniques as we focus on breath, alignment, and balance. A longer meditation is offered as the perfect ending.
