Recent research show that T'ai Chi Chih reduced stress, improved immunity, improved balance, and helped with depression and PTSD. The movements are easy to learn and can be done seated or standing to accommodate all ages and abilities.  Classes are free to Veterans and for a suggested donation of $50 for eight weeks or $10 per class.

Taught by accredited Tai Chi Chih teacher Charlotte Garrett.
